Steps to Reproduce

1. Bulk spend Bloodpoints
2. Calculate BP/Cake spent
3. Observe yield is ~215,000/cake
4. Recall that last year's yield was ~31,000/cake

Explanation

Toothy Torte yield is 7x worse than 9th year cakes.

There was a similar issue last year on the first day of the event that was fixed on the second day of the event.
P100 bulk spending yield seems especially low.
