Only got 126 anniversary cakes from bulk buying in the bloodweb

I really hope this gets fixed / maybe that players could be recompensated for this, it totally killed my excitement for this event

Steps to Reproduce
- Open the bloodweb
- Spend bloodpoints / Bulk buy
Explanation
The anniversary cakes barely show up in the bloodweb, and especially when you spend all your bloodpoints in bulk. I did that and spent 14m bloodpoints (had 4m + the recent 10m bp code saved for the cakes) and I only got 126 cakes in total... So I'm guessing the bulk buying is bugged? Or just the cakes in general? We got so many more in previous anniversary events, I'm really sad cause I was looking forward to the 10 year anniversary and now I'm super disappointed :(
